Older Is Wiser? (Update)
Yesterday the lad got moved completely. Today he needs to clean his old place and return the keys. My involvement? A text and two phone calls. Love it when a plan comes together.
Not a good idea as I would likely get into it with the drunken slumlord. Trying to force my now clean and sober son to make liquor runs was part of what forced the move.
Have some good connections with the local police from my car biz days. Soon they will have the make. model, and favored liquor store of the drunk.
Met him this afternoon to give him my microwave. I've been contemplating getting a new one. Move went fairly smooth. His drunk landlord caused a problem or two. Good news is he is out of there with all his property.

You could buy a pizza and a six-pack of whatever and drop it by the place (while he cleans) and help him eat it?
