Pushed the limits yesterday and the body
said, whoa! Intermittent sleep leads to a rambling blog posting.
DUMB SHITS
Do stupid things, win stupid prizes.
Consider this, now deceased, local. About as clean an intersection as you will
find. Warning signs galore. A jowl shaker.
Then we have this rocket scientist who
never learned, “Don’t go bothering something that ain’t bothering you”.

All the others involved aren’t too bright
either.
Their contribution to society must be bad
examples. Some may learn from their examples. Nah, dumb shits will be dumb
shits.
WHY REVOLVERS?
Because when you pull the trigger they
fire. Consider the case of 82 year old Anna Mae Blessing of Arizona. Upset with
the idea her 72 year old son might put her in a care facility; she shot him
twice, fatally. Lost in the clutter of details is the revolver she used was
last fired, according to her, in the 1970’s.
FIREWORKS?
Ban or no, fireworks were going off in my
neighborhood yesterday. Sounded puny compared to the overhead thunderstorm.
WILDFIRES
A bad year again in Colorado. The screen shot is
just major fires.
Many more smaller fires.
Every state has fires but I only live in
one. Part of nature, in the long view, but in the short view let’s blame Al
Gore.

I also blame Gore for the old AZ lady who shot the guy, and for the lady who brought the trash panda home. That's how I roll these days.
We are inspired by the (P)regressive Trump Derangement Syndrome. Why should they have all the fun?
Ok. I want to know how you can shoot someone dead twice. It's just a question.
Momma Fargo. Hey, you're the cop.
She was 82 and he was 72? She was 10 yo when she berth him? Wow! I guess ALGORE was responsible for this, too.
Never noticed the closeness in age reading the article. Good catch!
Good gravy...somebody voluntarily took a baby raccoon INTO their home?
Yeah, they're cute, but they're also destructive, evil, mean, and nasty.
AND are a rabies vector.....
Wild animals are meant to be wild.
Yes, revolvers are the way to go. All of these fancy schmancy Glocks and other semi-automatic pistols have safety crap all over them: you gotta pull back the charging mechanism to jack a shell into the chamber, make sure the safety is off, make sure you have a good grip on them so that the grip safety is secured, and even then they may fire, they may not.
Just load 6 rounds into the chamber of a revolver, point at the dirt bag and pull the trigger; works every time.
My Charter Arms .44 is over 30 years old. Has 1,000+ rounds through it. Has had zero, repeat zero, misfires. Been to a gunsmith once to add a peep sight (helps with my macular degeneration) and I had him check the timing. Dead on.
