If you don't like it, stick around for a couple of days. Sunday, 72°.
Today, 20°.
First, freezing rain followed by a dusting of snow. It is now slicker than slick. Taking the dog for his morning constitutional wasn't fun!
Forecast clearing Tuesday and clear, but chilly, Wednesday.
For all that, this has been (so far) a mild winter along the Front Range.
Further North, Wyoming is getting hammered again. So glad I'm not driving there anymore.
Here is hoping my sister, the insurance adjuster, doesn't have any truck wrecks to investigate.

Arizona is missing the tip of the weather spear. I drove down the mountain into Winslow today and it was 52. But it's supposed to be cold here tonight.
We got about 3" last night and this morning, BUT...it had a layer of ice under it. I had to take SLW's car to the Doctors this morning because my Jeep wouldn't have warmed up enough to clear the glass in the time I had to get there.
And we're expecting -6 Tuesday night.....
81 yesterday, calling for 6 inches of snow at 30s by Tuesday night... sigh... REALLY wish y'all would fix that damn fence. :-)

The worst of this storm is staying North. Wyoming is getting hit hard.

I miss my carport! Didn't go anywhere today but spent twenty minutes clearing glass just in case.

Think most of this front will miss you. Depends on the high pressure in the Gulf.
Our Old Enemy the Weather can't make up its mind here too, annoyingly. Obviously not paying enough tax.
Keeps us humble. The Lords creation for us to contemplate and learn.
Got an assignment yesterday for a 24 vehicle pileup last Friday morning. I am glad that I haven't had to go to Rawlins WY as they keep shutting the town down. You know it's bad in Wyoming when the local constabulary tell everyone to stay home unless absolutely necessary. Casper WY is having the same issues.
I feel your pain, WSF! My poor old Jeep has to sit outside, and sometimes it's a PITA to clear the snow and ice from the windows.
@Sisty - Be careful out there!

You don't get paid enough for the work you do.

Use your snow rake? I did this morning.
And now one in Wamsutter WY that happened yesterday. The attorney that has retained me on both of these hires me...not the company that I work for. Thankfully, on both of these, most things can be done by phone. That doesn't mean that my cold weather gear ever leaves my truck..winter or whatever season.
Yes I did, and that thing is GREAT! Cleared 4~5" of snow off all the glass and the hood in about 10 minutes. The long handle is really nice because I can easily get half the windshield and hood, and it lets me stand far enough away from the car that the snow doesn't dump all over me.
Five stars, well worth the money!

When I go to hell the devil will make me work in an outbound call center and live in Wamsutter.

Still using mine that is ten years old. You will get your money's worth.
