Total Professional
How many miles did I drive with this? Holiday greetings.
My wife doesn't quite do that, but she does leave the cap loose enough that the CEL comes on, requiring a trip to the garage to get the scan tool out, hook it up, read the codes, find "Gas Cap Loose", and reset it.
New Jersey is the same way. You cannot pump your own gas. But you don't get the old full service treatment (cleaning windshields, checking the oil) that we used to get back in the day.

It happens, and I'm sure no fuel sloshed out.
Merry Christmas, and all that to you and yours!
My F50 has not gas cap. Just open the door, pump the gas and close the door. Cool, but it took a while to get use to it.
In the midst o fueling the bladder took control. Damn I hate getting old.
Hope you are enjoying the Holidays with the grands.
That is a nice feature. Started seeing hose when test driving for Roush.
We can't pump our own gas in Oregon. So if you ever see me driving around like that, you can be assured that it wasn't my fault. :)
Oh trust me, you're not the first... And I recognize that card :-)
The Check Engine Light didn't come on?

Have a very Merry Christmas, WSF!
Oregon is peculiar that way, unique even.
I know I will probably do it again.
That card has been around for a long time but still makes me smile.
The CEL didn't come on.
Being a past used car lot scofflaw, my way of clearing the CEL is to disconnect the battery for thirty minutes.
Merry Christmas to you and yours.

I count among my small blessings I haven't been in NJ in decades.
And Merry Christmas to you.
