toward being a red state. For years we have been bombarded with money from

Last election the (P)gressive challengers for
GOP held congressional seats were soundly defeated despite the state GOP being
a exclusive club that needs glass belly buttons to see where they are going
with their head up their collective asses. While Shillary carried the state she
didn’t carry Pueblo county, the most Democrat county in the state. Lots of Blue
Dogs in Pueblo.

I hope that Colorado will be able to return to its common sense roots. However, to do that, you need to stem the tide of Californication and I don't know that you'll be able to do that in the Corridor.
Rural Colorado seems the same today as it was when I was a kid. It's just the urban centers that have thrown the state out of balance.
With the company leaving, the Progs will count that as a win. Dumb asses.
All the millions, maybe even a billion, dollars dumped into the state political process had an impact. Seems not to have been a permanent impact. Energized and pissed off a lot of people who are still energized. Tea Party types, not the run of mill RINOs.Time will tell but the pendulum does seem to be going in the other direction.

On a business level it has worked out for them. On a personal level, their people had the issues that always comes with relocating. Selling homes, changing schools, moving away from relatives and friends, etc.
My daughter-in-laws younger sister married an Air Force guy who was serving at Warren AFB in Cheyenne. Now that he's out of the service, they're both happy that Magpul relocated, as he got a job there, and they're helping to pay for his college education.
