Maverick station, Torrington, WY.
I will pay more for Ethanol free gasoline. While my truck doesn't need 91 Octane, it's 1986 fuel system wasn't built with ethanol in mind.
One of the reason I don't let my fuel tank go below 1/2.
I enjoy these kinds of Bambis. Off the road and posing is great, running in front of me in the dark isn't.
If you are driving North from Greeley, CO to Cheyenne, WY, don't take Highway 85. It is tore up from North of Greeley to Nunn, CO. Has been since last year. The "repair and reconstruction" may get done in this century.
Oh, WSF, you simply don't understand the process. True, and also true I know a clusterfuck when I see one.
Anyone who has the ghastly need to use Denver International Airport, beware!
The cloverleafs from E470 to Pena Blvd are a Denver revenue scam. Rare is the day I don't see at least one radar trap. Today I saw two. When you see a sign, 50 mph, Strictly Enforced, believe it or pay to become a believer. Pena from I-70 to the Airport has five units assigned during daylight hours.

Revenue coupons (traffic tickets) make the world go around on rural interstates...and if they collect enough, maybe -- MAYBE -- they'll use some of it to fix HWY 85.
The way CO goes about transportation issues is akin to an oriental bazaar. In fairness, the roads do get plowed when it snows.
When we were close to the airport last week and the "50MPH" signs appeared, I slowed down and reset the cruise control.
Shore nuff, some dood went blasting past us, and we saw him pulled over a bit down the road!
Wow... FIVE units? I fly 'through' DEN, but only in the summer. Don't leave the airport. :-)
We are seeing many more gas pumps that are carrying ethanol free gas. DH has switched all his gas engines/motors except his little truck and my car over to the ethanol free. We figured although it may cost a little more at the pump, it saves an annual carburetor issue with any motorcycle, minibike, 4x4, UTV, chainsaw(s), band saw mill, etc, etc. Bonus is that the gas station closest to us now has started carrying it. Yea!
See that often.
Like the bumpy ride?
Hope to see that in my town. So far just in WY.
Forgot to tell you, in case you haven't seen it, this website:
https://www.pure-gas.org/
Has a very accurate list of stations selling booze-free gasoline.
Thanks for the lead. The one station listed in my town doesn't carry it anymore. Dumb, they are across the street from a huge agriculture oriented store.
