Dear Road
Rage Driver,
I’m sure the
police were messing with you solely, as you claimed vocally several different
ways, because of your Latino ethnicity.
You driving
like a damn fool, forcing two different drivers (including me) to swerve into
the breakdown lane, had nothing to do with it.
I didn’t
want to get involved in your drama, but one of the officers in the police
cruiser waved me over, and asked for my information. Perhaps I will be called
as a witness at some point.
As I passed
your vehicle, with you in cuffs behind it, I noticed the gold marijuana leaf on
the mardi gras beads necklace hanging from your rear view mirror. I could see
it only because your overly tinted window was down. In addition to your
driving, did these items cause some suspicion that prompted those racist police
officer’s further investigation? Nah, pure racism.
As I
departed the area two more police cars were pulling up. That usually means
someone is going to jail. Perhaps you have had past dealings with the criminal
justice system? Perhaps one of those pesky warrants for failure to appear?
So sorry for
your victimization. Sucks to be you.
Sincerely,
Well
Seasoned Fool

Some people just can't keep from inviting trouble any more than they can keep from blaming others when it arrives.
Exactly so.
LOL, 'good' for him, he's now off the road (at least for a day or two)...
Two officers, close to noontime. One had chevrons, and the other some sort of metal bar on his collar. Most of the patrol cars are solo occupants. My sister thinks the driver messed up the lunch plans of two senior police officers. Someone is, "In a heap of trouble".
So that poor asshole got arrested for driving while Hispanic?
Tsk tsk.
That was his story, and he was sticking with it.
People play the race card so often I don't care anymore. The kid who cried wolf. The sad part is, I won't know, or care, when it is real, because I just ignore it these days...all because of the race baiting bullshit. True racism offends every fiber of my being, but so much of what I hear these days is just people playing the race card to push an agenda! What the hell ever happened to people taking responsibility for their own actions!?
Maybe he thought it would work, or that his circle will buy into it. Late sixties I worked security at Bronco games. The boss taught us a technique of shoving fingers down the throat and hooking our thumb under the chin (we wore sap gloves). Escorted a belligerent woman out with her man following her, while making all kinds of threats and demands, and grinning ear to ear. My bet is the driver was already making excuses before his companion called his mother for bail money.
