Why Obama Can be Reelected

My reading covers a lot of ground and includes "Progressive" sites. Given how cynical Obama is, this commentator makes more sense than most of the "Conservative" commentators.

All of us, regardless of political philosophy, need to recognize Obama and his ilk have no principals other than naked power.

Another thought, WSF:
There is a strong likelihood we'll elect a republican Senate next time around. We've seen in '94 and 2006 the disaster that results from having House/Senate/Executive all controlled by the same party.
So the questions arise-
-Will Bozo run unopposed in the primaries, or will Kucinich or Hillary realize he is vulnerable?
-Would we be better off with a repub Congress and a less powerful Bozo (or say, Hillary) as President?

In my opinion, the Senate needs to be our focus.

The Senate is a good opportunity and can slow down the Obama train wreck. In my state, we won't be electing a Senator.

I would like to see a primary opponent for Obama, if only to drain money and further fracture the "Progressive" crowd.

What I would like to see for President is one HONEST candidate with the courage to take a stand and tell the spin doctors to take a hike. Someone like Gerald Ford. Even if I didn't like their political views, I could support them.

Last election I voted for McCain. I saw Obama as a slick hustler. I've always admired McCain for the courage he showed as a POW. Not much else I liked about him.

Thank you for reading and commenting on my blog.

LTC Allen West.
Herman Cain.
Thaddeus McCotter.
Supportable candidates are out there, and we'll hear more from them in the future.
(I voted for Sarah last election.)

LTC Allen West Like what I've seen and heard. Seems genuine.

Herman Cain Gets a low rating from Numbers USA

Thaddeus McCotter Don't know much about him.

Outsiders to an insiders RINO organization. How do they overcome that?

Numbers.
This is the reason I keep stressing attendance at T.E.A. Party meetings. The G.O.P. got the message last election and said what they needed to say in order to be elected. Then, many of them seemingly forgot the lesson almost immediately. With these boneheads we need to reinforce the lesson, so get out there and make noise:
Smaller government.
Lower taxes.
Less spending.

Make your own sign and let's insure we get their undivided attention.

Greybeard Excellent point. I make most of the ward, precinct and county Democrat Party events, mainly to antagonize the flamers. You are correct; being physically present and visible is something we all can do.
