MIA
No recent posts. Inspiration has declared me MIA. Today Sisty and I visited Pikes Peak via the cog railroad. Post coming soon with many pictures as soon as my old camera and old computer decide to speak to each other.
We heard the cog railway was operating again. I've got a info request into my Doctor and Cardiologist asking if I'm "Cleared for 14,000 Feet" or not. My son is just itching to drive it!
Much to my surprise, I was short of breath and had an elevated heartbeat. Nothing serious but I took it easy. The drive is easier now that the entire road is paved. Lots of curves. Think the first ten miles of Hwy 14 in Poudre Canyon only twice as steep.

Glad you were able to get some time with family. And as we age, that altitude DOES get to us... sigh
