We escaped from CA in 1989. (Disclaimer... we are not FROM California!!) As we drove North in our UHaul, towing our car, we cheerfully shouted at those who were going in the opposite direction, "You're going the wrong way!" As far as I know, no one listened.
Apparently Californicators wanted to turn Oregon into the state they just left. They've done it, unfortunately.
Ami: yes, Californians have completely turned Oregon into a liberal wasteland. As an aboriginal Oregonian, and an old one at that, I remember the days when Oregon was actually habitable.
OldNFO Circa 2008 had a contract to do handicapped accessibility assessments on some 60 Union 76 from San Diego to Eureka. Enjoyed my time wasn't sad when I pointed the Towncar East and headed for CO.
