OLD AGE AND TREACHERY WILL OVERCOME YOUTH AND SKILL. And on the eighth day God said, "Okay, Murphy, you're in charge!" Anonymous comments will not be posted.
YOWIE!! I've been in some pretty stiff winds out here in my Grand Cherokee, enough to move it around, and it's new to me.I learned to winter drive in Northern Illinois, so I'm pretty familiar with snow and ice, but these winds are somethin'!
It was 80 degrees and a mild ocean breeze today in SoCal.
Sounds like more 'excitement' than I'd want... My luck, I'd have a damn semi on top of me... sigh
Geez, that's more than a little windy. Be safe out there.
Hope your new roof was finished.
Surely all the various residents were enjoying it.
I've come close more than once.
Safe as I can.
I saw all those semi-trucks sleeping in Wyoming. Strange. They sure got tired all at once.
In a headwind it would take you 2 hrs to get there and 5 min coming back.
Yep, they did the tear off and underlayment the first day, and the flashing, shingles, and clean-up was finished at the end of the second day.
Whining about a little breeze...PULEASE!!! You stayed on the road. What more do you want?Sisty
Old joke but still funny.
Only in an airplane. However, once got 32 mpg in a Lincoln Towncar eastbound on I-80 in Wyoming.
Always a kind and encouraging word from my favorite sister. What would I do without you?
