Thunderstorms

Also fireworks. Makes it a bit of a challenge to work.

Our brat terrible does the same thing and if your trying to use the computer she will bite anything that gets close.

OH yeah... Mine used to dive under the bed... But gunshots never bothered him... sigh

The worse rain I've ever driven in was heading North from Naples. So bad I pulled over into the breakdown lane with my flashers on to wait it out. Didn't stop the locals. Think Karma was kicking my ass for all the times I sneered at sun belt drivers in Rocky Mountain blizzards.

We have only two seasons down here. The dry season and the wet season.....I went to a doctor appointment down here once during some heavy rains and the doctor said he was surprised to see me with all this rain coming down. I explained to him I was a former New York truck driver......I drove in winter storms when I couldn't see the telephone poles on the side of the road! Rain is a piece of cake!!

Few conditions make me pull over. Smoke, and what appears to be a firehose on my windshield come to mine.
