First real storm this winter and the transplants are learning winter driving. The "bulletproofed" AWD/4x4 drivers are relearning. This is good for the vegetation, wild life, tow truck drivers, body shops and insurance adjusters. So happy I don't need to go out today.

I love how all the weather stations were all like "SPRING BLIZZARD 2009" I mean yeah it snowed some but its not like we were stuck for 3 days and the snow was 4 feet high. The only thing that the news is good for is to remind you that its time to find another station to listen or watch. The last half of thursday that it really snowed, the last half i could not tell if it was snowing or blowing. Becuase the wind was so strong. I have so many air leaks in my house it was like living in one of those bouncy castles at a child's birthday party.
