Notified today one of my property inspection vendors I subcontract for is relocating to Montana. Not a big firm, but every river starts with a few raindrops. One less California payroll; one less source of tax revenue. This is an e-commerce business. How many more in the Golden (fleeced) State are contemplating the same move?

Few folks understand the economic multiplier will work in reverse as well as it will in forward. Worse, for you, your children live there.
My old home state of NY is bleeding out too......
A serious business decision. Having ben involved in some business relocations, I know the costs and temporary loss of productivity. These were in state relocations. Sucks to be that person whose job moved to another state while you are tied to your present location (home won't sell, kids in school, parent in a nursing home, etc.).
