OLD AGE AND TREACHERY WILL OVERCOME YOUTH AND SKILL.
And on the eighth day God said, "Okay, Murphy, you're in charge!" ~Author Unknown
Not so concerned that you fell, as long as you know why. Fainting at our age could be a signal that a docter needs to be involved. Please don't mess around, see a doc.
Well geez. I hope you feel better soon... nice bruises.
Ouch! That left a mark didn't it...
This is Frank's sister. After the 2nd black out, he was transported (howling and cussing in protest) yesterday. Had several "episodes" (i.e. heart stopped for a few seconds) and finally agreed to have temporary pacemaker installed yesterday evening. Had another episode during the night and a permanent pacemaker was installed today. He is doing well and will probably come home tomorrow. He wanted me to let you all know what was happening. If you would like to see what the 2nd faceplant looked like, go to my Facebook page - Colleen Laeger (Colorado). I posted a pic from last night in the ER. I'm sure he will be back on soon stirring things with a stick like he does so well.
Great news!! Having just had 2 stents implanted in me....at our age we have to pay CLOSE attention to signals like these!!
Oh good heavens! Godspeed to a fast recovery and so glad your sister was there to help you. Scary stuff. Perhaps you will curtail the "Man" thing and get checked out when things are not par. Glad you are going to be OK. Hugs.
Home now. Many thanks for your kind remarks.
