5th Generation Warfare

WSF attempts to be profound

Disclaimer: I’m a digital Latter Day Luddite and not the one to get into the electronic weeds.

Aaron Cohen’s You Tube posts push my thinking. He talks about 5th Generation warfare being waged constantly using the internet. He explains how it is done and what it accomplishes.

Recently it occurred to me that Saul Alinsky’s 1971, “Rules for Radicals”, has been adapted for the digital age.

The Rules

1.     "Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have."

2.     "Never go outside the experience of your people."

3.     "Whenever possible go outside of the experience of the enemy."

4.     "Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules."

5.     "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon. There is no defense. It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, who then react to your advantage."

6.     "A good tactic is one your people enjoy."

7.     "A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag."

8.     "Keep the pressure on."

9.     "The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself."

10.  "The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition."

11.  "If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counterside; this is based on the principle that every positive has its negative."

12.  "The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative."

13.  "Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it."

Does anyone else see what I think I see?

Wolves

A subject more in my lane.

A regional agriculture focused weekly publication, The Fence Post, published an informative opinion by a local rancher.

MORE

A Yellowstone tourist story.

MORE

A rural Wyoming wolf story.

I emphatically don’t approve of Cody Robert’s actions.

Why do virtue signaling outsiders need to get their noses in a local matter?

Trivial  bitch

Seeing four stars on the collars of every chief of police and sheriff. They aren’t the military and shouldn’t assume a military look, IMO.

What I would rather see.

PDJT’s Gift to Blue  State Politicans
“Trump’s disastrous tariff taxes continue to wreak havoc on our economy and the erratic trade policy is projected to continue hurting our economy, slowing job growth and increasing chances of a recession. These national circumstances present a difficult economic environment for the state.”

— Gov. Jared Polis

See, it isn’t our feckless spending. No, no, Orange Man Bad. If not for him, we would have a balanced budget.

As always, YMMV

The LA Sheriff's shiny 5-stars and huge glaring forehead got me to wondering so I looked it up. Nine field-grade officers have worn 5-stars, the last being Omar Bradley who had direct control of 40-some divisions during WWII. The others are Nimitz, Halsey, Leahy, King, Eisenhower, Marshall, Arnold and MacArthur. The LA Sheriff seems a bit underwhelming in comparison.

He must have been promoted for the fine work he is doing.

Agree on both Roberts and the 'stars' for sheriffs. Of course, a lot of their egos ARE that big...sigh

Yep, egos. Roberts? His community already handled it, that is the Wyoming way. Also, the Wyoming way; outsiders, fuck off.

Good for them!

Our enemies are no longer hiding. They operate from within, using the shield of process and the media platform to wage a quiet war.
The Insiders, the opposing party, is trying to destroying us from the Inside ! And they wonder why the President kept the raid on Iram secret even from the Democrats! We just can not trust them anymore! Whatever the President does is leaked!
In today’s chaotic world, it’s easy to point fingers at external enemies, foreign adversaries, competing nations, or ideologies that contradict our values. But the greatest danger we face isn’t always from beyond our borders. It’s from within.
It seems as if what usually might be a minor error or a manageable disagreement becomes an existential crisis once the media gets hold of it, and it won’t be forgotten for years. For example, the RIOTS in Los Lagles have been going on with extream forse for weeks, but by the end of June. It will be history, and forgotten, but the otherwise small riot in the Capital has happened on January 6, 2021, but it’s spoken about almost daily!
On January 6, 2021, Ashli Babbitt was fatally shot during the attack on the Capitol. She was part of a crowd of supporters of then outgoing U.S. president Donald Trump Do we heae anything about HER anymore? I don’t think so.
There is a growing undercurrent of resistance inside our institutions, corporations, Media, and even government agencies. This isn’t about disagreement or healthy debate; it’s about intentional Sabotage, often cloaked in virtue or bureaucratic delay.
From whistleblowers who leak with partisan motives to decision-makers who stall crucial actions for personal or political gain, the internal sabotage we are witnessing is not random. It’s calculated, coordinated, and corrosive. And even today, after a Miraculous, and amazing planned out Raid on Irad the Democrats are trying to make something BAD about it instead of gyving the much deserve red applauds to the President, and the Brave Soldiers that carried it out!
Why aren’t the politicians on the left expressing enthusiastic support for a recent action taken by the US President and the military.. Why aren’t the American Citizens on the Left expressing Joy? Where is the Support for the recent Iran Strike: Would they have rather seen Iran Have the Nuclear Bomb? Would they be Happy then? And the answer is NO! But They Would Be Happy If the Laughing Hyena, and the Circus Clown Had Won the Election! And in that case Iran would have had the Bomb, and Israel, and America would both be in Deep Doo-Doo.
