Inflation


Inflation hits everyone in ways big and small. Banner has powerful jaws that allow him to break bones and eat the toughest rawhide. He is selective in what chew toys he likes.

After a year of experimenting, I’ve settled on this product. It takes him months to destroy one and his vet likes the condition of Banner’s teeth and gums.

Bottom line? In two years the prices has gone up from $14 to $21.

At this rate I may need to start a GoFundMe for Banner chew toys.

    Couldn't find my tube of 3M Super Weatherstrip Adhesive, so I went out to get some more.

    The last tube I bought a couple of years ago was $5~$6. This time it was almost $15. Same with some RTV gasket sealer I bought. The stuff is $14 now.

    Prices are insane across the board. I go into sticker shock. I'm headed to Costco in the morning and may need to bring smelling salts.

    Not lately. I have a few cans, but I don't use it much, as I like PB Blaster! for what I do. I'm sure it's $8/can these cays.

    Yep....$8.50 for an 8oz can.....

    I am investing in shoes, coffee, socks, underwear and other stuff that I will need in the future and is cheaper now.
    Cordless batteries beat me to it. Triple the price of last year.
