Ft. Laramie, WY US 26 headed East, the speed limit goes from 70 mph to 30 mph. I didn't get slowed down soon enough. Stupid on my part. Officer Sinner lives in Ft. Laramie. Probably sits in his driveway drinking coffee. Since I was doing the speed limit when I entered the town proper, he gave me a warning. Still, didn't need the twenty minute delay.
I take it that you had a run-in?
