Oh no, it is a "special" place. So special acres of office parks are vacant but apartments are full and the University keeps expanding. A son works in Boulder in a granola bar factory.
Not bothered. There is an occasional entertainer I might want to see and that is the only reason I go there. Red light cameras everywhere, wretched streets, no parking, etc.There are several machine shop/R&D businesses with maybe a dozen employees. All the big businesses have fled (Ball Aerospace) to more business friendly counties.
